Why does my cumulative GPA barely move after a good term?
Because it is credit-weighted across everything you have taken. Once you have 100+ credits, a single 15-credit term is a small slice of the total, so even a perfect 4.0 term nudges the cumulative figure only slightly. Early terms move it far more.
